  • Contact person for home owner for a variety of reasons, such as mail deliveries, issues with providers (adjacent landowners, Maritime Electric, Aliant, plumbers, contractors).
  • Liaison with Insurance Company should there be a claim Shows due diligence on the part of the owner in case of major claim.
  • Do follow-up to ensure contractors and service providers provide stated services.
  • Property manager is the go-to person in case of any emergency.
