- Walk through of property/residence approximately every three weeks.
- Key holder for properties which are alarmed.
- Contact person for home owner for a variety of reasons, such as mail deliveries, issues with providers (adjacent landowners, Maritime Electric, Aliant, plumbers, contractors).
- Liaison with Insurance Company should there be a claim Shows due diligence on the part of the owner in case of major claim.
- Do follow-up to ensure contractors and service providers provide stated services.
- Property manager is the go-to person in case of any emergency.
